Examples shown: [A-B] Art Colony is an urban infill project providing housing and studios for artists, as well as public galleries. [C-D] “Nighthawks” brings to life Edward Hopper’s most painting in a virtual model. Character and camera animation techniques are combined with video editing and production to create a short movie. [E-F] Midtown Housing is a low-density housing development in an empty lot in Los Angeles. [G-H] North Hollywood Housing is a medium density infill housing development with several unit types, underground parking, community space, and courtyard. [J] Spiller House is a precedent study in diagrams and models of a Frank Gehry-designed residence in Venice, California.
