Garmin International is a market leader in Global Positioning Systems (GPS), creating navigation and communications devices for many industries. Based in Olathe, Kansas, their products can be found in automotive, aviation, marine, fitness, outdoor recreation, and wireless applications. PGAV has been instrumental in their growth, designing and expanding their headquarters into a robust campus of office and research space, manufacturing, and research.

Projects shown include: campus master planning, tenant finish and office planning, manufacturing and warehouse expansion, and a new logo signage package. Other project involvement has included: IT/server room relocation, servery expansion, surface parking layout, and office renovation.
