Ameristar Casinos is an innovative, Las Vegas-based gaming entertainment company known for its distinctive, quality-conscious hotel casinos and value orientation. The corporation owns and operates six properties in Nevada, Missouri, Iowa and Mississippi. PGAV has provided architectural services at five of those properties, including new and renovation work.

In Kansas City the outdated hotel lobby was renovated to create a warm, inviting, yet breathtakingly modern environment with a new floor plan featuring a new check-in desk, VIP lounge, larger restrooms, improved lighting, and new furniture. The new lobby was to begin a new guest experience that originally included designs for a new hotel tower, complete with indoor/outdoor pool, day spa, fitness center, and nearly 300 luxury rooms.
